Let go of the tension from travel, work & relationships as you sink into the weekend with mindful movement to relax your back & hips, nourishing whole foods and breath work.Â
Immerse your nervous system in nature as we get into the vortex hiking the beautiful red rocks of Sedona.Â
Return to the retreat house for a gourmet farm to table meal prepared by a chef along with other modalities to support restoration & reconnection to yourself, your purpose and your vision.
Regain clarity as we reach beyond our comfort zone and lean into adventure, play and refreshment.Â
We’ll finish our day with movement before retreating back to the house for breathwork and another expertly crafted meal together.
Sunrise yoga to say goodbye to Sedona’s majestic landscape.
Depart for home feeling better than you came after a casual breakfast.

ABOUT YOUR RETREAT LEADERS
Christa Biegler is an integrative dietitian, podcast host and breath work facilitator that uses nutrition + nervous system interventions to inform immune resilience. She uses a unique breath work technique that combines multiple modalities to help you feel electric and find clarity for big decisions.
Helen Eimers is a registered nurse, life coach and yoga instructor that helps women access their inner peace, confidence and clarity to live a life on purpose.Â
Both leaders crave intentional resets with good food, fun and fellowship after experiencing their own professional burnout and are self-proclaimed event planners in their social circles.
