PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR ORDER. This document applies to any digital course, program, tool, or add-on offered by Christa Biegler, LLC dba Less Stressed Life (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through its checkout funnels — including, for example, Cortisol Reset, How to Test Your Hormones, Finally Focused, and any future digital offer (each, a “Program”). By checking the box to agree to these Terms, clicking “Buy Now,” “Complete Order,” or any similarly labeled button, or otherwise submitting payment, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement with respect to the specific Program you are purchasing. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.
The Company provides educational digital content — including but not limited to video or audio lessons, workbooks, guides, assessments, and related digital tools — designed to help Customer better understand topics such as stress physiology, hormone health, nutrition, focus, and related lifestyle practices (each, a “Program”). The specific subject matter, format, and content of each Program is described on its sales or checkout page. Programs are sold on a self-guided, on-demand basis unless otherwise stated at checkout. Any bonus, upsell, or add-on item (including diagnostic tools, assessments, or bundles) is governed by these same Terms unless a separate agreement is provided for that specific item.
The Company reserves the right to update, improve, or modify Program content at any time. Access is provided via a third-party platform; the Company is not responsible for interruptions in access caused by that platform’s outages or technical issues.
Where a Program is described as offering ‘lifetime access,’ that access is provided for as long as the Company continues to offer that Program — not for the lifetime of the Customer — and access may end if the Program is retired, discontinued, or the underlying delivery platform is no longer available.
By submitting payment, you authorize the Company to charge the payment method provided for the full purchase price shown at checkout, including any applicable payment plan installments. If a payment plan is offered for a given Program, you agree to complete all scheduled payments until cancelled. Cancellation requests must be made at least 1 week prior to rebill. If a payment fails, the Company may attempt to reprocess the charge and may suspend access to the Program until payment is resolved.
Prices, discounts, and limited-time offers (including any launch or early-bird pricing) apply only as stated at the time of your purchase and do not carry forward to future purchases or renewals.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because Programs are digital products delivered electronically with immediate access to proprietary content, the Company does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, failure to complete or use the Program, dissatisfaction with results, or the Customer’s individual outcomes. By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Christa Biegler is a nationally accredited Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). However, your purchase or use of a Program does not create a dietitian-patient, medical, or any other professional or fiduciary relationship between you and Christa Biegler, LLC, its owner, employees, or contractors. Programs are educational in nature and are not personalized nutrition counseling, medical nutrition therapy, diagnosis, or treatment for any individual or condition. If you want individualized care, you should seek out a qualified provider licensed in your state.
Program content relates to health, nutrition, hormones, stress, focus, or other wellness-related topics. This content is for general educational and informational purposes only and is not, and should never be treated as, medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Individual bodies, medical histories, and circumstances vary widely, and what is discussed in a Program may not be appropriate for your situation.
You should not rely on Program content as a substitute for advice from your physician or other qualified healthcare provider, and you should never delay seeking medical advice, disregard medical advice, or discontinue any medical treatment because of something you learned in a Program. Before making changes to your diet, supplement routine, or health practices — including any changes suggested or implied by a Program — consult a licensed healthcare provider, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, managing a diagnosed condition, or taking medication.
The Food and Drug Administration has not evaluated any statements made in connection with a Program. Any nutrition, supplement, or lifestyle information provided is not intended to diagnose, prescribe, or treat any disease, condition, illness, or injury.
By enrolling in and using a Program, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of loss, injury, or damage, foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising from your participation or your implementation of any information, suggestion, or practice contained in the Program. You agree that you are solely responsible for evaluating whether any Program content is appropriate for your own circumstances before acting on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and discharge Christa Biegler, LLC and its owner, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, causes of action, liabilities, or damages of any kind, known or unknown, arising out of or related to your purchase, access, or use of a Program.
The Company makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the results you will achieve from using a Program. Any testimonials, examples, or success stories referenced in Company marketing reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Your outcomes depend on many factors outside the Company’s control, including your own effort, consistency, and individual health circumstances.
All Program content — including videos, audio recordings, workbooks, frameworks, assessments, written copy, graphics, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Christa Biegler, LLC and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Program content for your own individual, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, resell, sublicense, or share Program content or access with any third party, or use Program content to create a competing product or service, without the Company’s prior written consent.
The Company may, from time to time, ask to feature a general statement about your experience with a Program in its marketing. The Company will not use your name or identifying details as a testimonial without your permission.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHRISTA BIEGLER, LLC AND ITS OWNER, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF A PROGRAM. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PROGRAM GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Christa Biegler, LLC and its owner, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of a Program or your violation of this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising under this Agreement will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Dakota, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued use of a Program after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for future access.
This Agreement, together with the Website Terms and Privacy Policy referenced at checkout, is the entire agreement between you and Christa Biegler, LLC regarding your purchase and supersedes any prior discussions or representations. If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
